I've also decided to follow through with a detox that I have purchased and have been putting off for a while. It is a parasite and candida cleanse called ParaGone! I know this may put my body into overdrive, but I'm sure I can handle it. Overdrive is supposedly a good sign with detox, but if it gets to the point where I feel I can't maintain it, then I will hold off until later for the detox.
Anyway, here is my regimen:
Before breakfast:
- ParaGone I tablets (x3)
- 1ml ParaGone II w/ Water
At breakfast:
- ParaZyme tablet
- FibreSmart w/ water
- 1 tsp Fish Oil
After breakfast:
- Ubermag Plus (magnesium) [L-tryptophan - 300 mg, Magnesium Taurate - 50 mg, Magnesium Glycinate - 50 mg, Magnesium Orotate - 25 mg, Magnesium Fumarate - 25 mg / one tablet per day]
- Uberzinc 2.0 (zinc) [Zinc Apartate - 25 mg, Zinc Orate - 50 mg/ one tablet per day]
- BetaCareAll (Carotenoid complex @ 25,000 IU, 100% Natural / one tablet per day)
- Vitamin K2 [Menatetrenone MK-4 - 120 mcg / one tablet per day]
- Vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3 @ 1000 IU / one tablet per day)
- Chromium (HVP Chelate - 500 mcg /one or two per day)
- GNC Women's Ultra Mega ACTIVE Multivitamin)
* I try to space out when I take them, so that the effects of one aren't cancelled out by another, and my stomach is not harmed, etc.
If anyone can suggest a better schedule for taking the supplements, preferably someone with professional qualifications; it would be much appreciated!
Afternoon/Home from school:
- Second round of detox (See above for details)
- 1 tsp Fish Oil
* I take fish oil twice a day because the tsps are small, and I find I benefit from two as opposed to one - my skin is horribly dry and scaly, and my circulation and moisture retention always improves with the two teaspoons. I suppose I could upgrade to one tablespoon, but I find spacing them out works better, and helps me sleep well.
Again, any and all suggestions are welcome!
I appreciate you having read this, and I encourage questions or comments. :)
